Liyana – We get to learn interesting stuff that is fun, sometimes we get free time and play fun stuff. We get to go to places on the bus.

Lubanzi – I love SBS because I learnt how to make friends and to do good work here. Other children should come here because there are a lot of fun things to do like playing soccer.

Hubani- I love SBS because it always makes me feel blessed.
Andile – I love SBS because of the sports like hockey and swimming. I also like it because we love each other here. Other children should come, because we love God here.
Mathubamahle – I love SBS because you can play and learn. There are sports like hockey, soccer, basketball and tennis.
Zanokuhle – I love SBS because the teachers are kind and we have PE, which is a lot of fun. The work we do is explained well and so it’s not too hard.
Mnqobi – There are no bullies at SBS and it’s great. Everyday gets better. When you come, you won’t want to leave. Life is good here. There are lots of cool events too.
Linamandla – I like SBS because of all the fun lessons we have like Computers, PE, Dance, Music and assembly. Everyone should come here so they can do all the fun things too.
Robyn – I love SBS because it is a catholic school. It’s a place like home and the teachers are like family. It’s the school that I will never leave. Other children should come here, because it’s a loving place and part of God’s house.
Nandile – What I love about SBS is the sport and matches we get to play. I also love that we do art and watch interesting videos on the projector.

Why do you think other children should come to SBS?
The children at SBS are kind and the education is the best. The scenery is beautiful, not even beautiful, gorgeous. The teachers are sweet and kind. – Jumaliah

The teachers are kind and caring and the children are very kind. Sometimes we have tests but they are very easy. Our deputy principal has a dog named Chunky and he’s very cute. We have tests from Grade 2 to Grade 6 and exams only start from Grade 7 to Grade 12. – Zia

Why do you love SBS?
All my loving friends are here and my lovely teacher. And there are fun things to do. Good sports activities like swimming and hockey. And a few nice calm inside activities, my favourites are art and chess. And a lot of fun class activities like Social Science, Maths, Music and English. My favourite is Art. I would say that this school is one of the best schools that I’ve attended as St Benedict School has small classes, polite staff and interactive extra murals. But, the best of all, are the luxurious longer holidays giving you more time with family. St. Benedict School also hosts events such as inflatables day, our Neon Night walk and our bonding event being the Family Braai. Our education exceeds with brain growth for young developing minds of a diverse group of students. Our staff will make your children’s education more enjoyable and educational, at SBS.

I really love SBS because it’s one of a kind. The staff are really kind and so are the learners. At SBS we are encouraged to work to the best of our abilities and get the recognition we deserve as individuals. We also have amazing sports teams and most importantly we are excelling at our academics and our teachers play a big part of this. The school has really helped me in the nine years that I have been here and I know it will have the same positive impact on others, as it did for me.

The thing that I really like about SBS is how each student gets the right attention that they need from the teachers. Also, every year there are different events at school where you can invite friends and family over to an event, such as the Neon Night walk, Art exhibition and the Family Braai and many other school events.

After all the years that I have been at St Benedict School, I would say that SBS is very different to other schools, but in a good way. One of the best things about this school is the lifelong friendships you will make. Because, no matter how bad life gets, you will always have your friends there for you. The events at our school are very similar to other schools, but SBS always finds a way to make it better. I know that St Benedict School will always hold a special place in my heart.

At St Benedict School, there are extra subjects that you don’t get at other schools, like dance and R.E. and family events that bring us closer together. The sports teams at our school show great talent especially our basketball, soccer and netball teams. Our academic students also do exceptionally well.

I have been at St Benedict School for a few years and I have had many amazing memories here. Even though I have been here for only a few years, I have really enjoyed being here.

St Benedict School has really taught me a lot about things and given me a greater understanding about things. Our soccer and basketball teams have been great and we have had many exciting events at our school, the best one being the inflatables. The things that I like about St Benedict School are firstly, the family braai. This was so amazing because you could spend time with your family at a fun event. The second one was the Disco that we had. The disco was my favourite because you get to dance with and spend time with your friends. The third one is the basketball games. Now, these are my favourite because every time I play basketball, it helps me to clear my mind.

I say that St Benedict School is great because there are subjects like Music and that is fun. WE also have dance and choir and it is fun to make up a new dance, sing in the choir or even do drumming. We also, mostly have 3 weeks holiday.
