Our Grade 12 learners partied the night away on Friday at their Enchanted Garden themed Matric Dance. The learners arrived in style and were presented to the crowd as they walked down the red carpet to the transformed school hall. The learners dazzled in their beautiful outfits and a magical, fairytale evening was had by all.
We hosted our Foundation Phase Gala on Friday. Every single learner from Grade R to Grade 3 had an opportunity to show off their swimming skills, with their families there to enthusiastically support them.
The Grade 1 learners have been learning and revising the Letterland characters this term in Phonics. We celebrated Valentine‘s Day in style last week. All the children got into the spirit of the day and came to school dressed in their red, white and pink finery. There were many activities involving the theme of LOVE and lots of fun was had by all.
Taking a sneak peak inside the Grade 5 learners’ classrooms this past week; they have designed their own dioramas to reflect a specific habitat. They will do further research on interdependent relationships within these habitats.

The Grade 11 learners recently completed an 8 week Toastmaster’s International course which aimed to develop their public speaking and leadership skills. The learners had to deliver prepared speeches, impromptu discussions, evaluations, toasts and jokes over the course of the programme.
