We held our annual Unity Day last Friday, a day when the normal demands of the school day are put aside and time is spent getting to know other people in the school a little bit better.

This year the school has adopted the theme of “I care” and the day focused on the fact that each and every one of us is special and can make a difference in the world. The day began and ended with a service in the school hall and the time in between was spent fostering closer relationships between the High School and Primary School learners. Every High School class was assigned to a Primary School class and fun activities were planned, including Easter egg hunts, face painting, biscuit decorating and much more. The day is always a huge success and cements the family ethos of the school.
